At Regions, the Fixed Annuity Specialist will process fixed annuity documentation received from the agents in the branches in an accurate and timely manner.
Reviews processed paperwork for accuracy and completion
Maintains and prioritizes work flow in accordance with internal procedures
Communicates with agents and branches as needed for additional documentation, resolution of system issues, and follow up
Analyzes data to determine answers to questions from licensed agents and Financial Advisors related to existing annuity accounts and product information
Refers unresolved agent/customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation/review
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
High school diploma or GED
Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must
Some overtime on an as needed basis
Good communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with internet based applications
