At Regions, the eDiscovery Project Administrator is the primary contact for enterprise-wide eDiscovery requests. This position is also the liaison between internal counsel, paralegals, outside counsel, and e-discovery vendors.
Manage continuous eDiscovery case life cycle which includes intake of matters, issuances of litigation holds, facilitation of the preservation/ collection, and document review
Partner with Regions Legal team, both internal and external counsel, to recommend eDiscovery strategies and provide updates of case status and escalation of issues
Manage relationships between Regions discovery vendors, including leading status calls, monitoring vendor utilization, requesting project quotes, and analyzing metrics generated by vendors
Create and maintain all project documentation, including data processing requirements, project workflows, production specifications, and search protocols
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Three (3) years of legal related experience
Skills and Competencies
In-depth knowledge and prior experience of the E-Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
Excellent time management and documentation skills
In-house Legal experience
