At Regions, the Compliance Group Manager is responsible for managing a group of Compliance associates that are responsible for the implementation, oversight, and enforcement of organization-wide Risk and Compliance programs. This position ensures conformance with applicable laws and regulations and frequently reports to the Top Compliance Executive. This manager should manage multiple Compliance Managers.
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
- BS/BA degree required with minimum of 12 years compliance experience and 7 years management experience
